Microsoft Vista: We recommend that users do not upgrade to Vista until it is proven to be stable and secure.  However, preliminary testing for using EDM2000 with Vista is stable.

Bronze Support

 Cost per month: £190.33 (equiv. cost per day: £8.68)

Cost per annum: £2,284* or €2,992

 Additional on-site work or chargeable work at standard rate less 10% discount.  A minimum of one-day charge per visit (upgrades, training or additional reports can be completed during this time).

 * Additional charges may apply if hospital is in a congestion charging area

Bronze Plus

You also have the option to upgrade to Bronze Plus.  This will provide smaller hospitals that only have formula room staff working at the weekend to have access to technical support (telephone only - same day response, 8am to 12 noon).

Cost per month: £266.41 (equiv. cost per day: £8.76)

Cost per annum: £3,197 * or €4,186
