Custom report writingThe majority of reports that will be required for the day to day use of EDM2000 is supplied with the system. However, there is a report writing function that is available. If there are additional reports that are required then these can be provided on a T&M basis. For simple reports these can be created when the support engineer is on site for general maintenance and thus there will be no additional charge. If the requested report is considered to be of general use then this will be created at no charge and the report will be added to the global EDM2000 report library. As always, there is no cost for asking - so please do not hesitate to ask! |
