Microsoft Vista: We recommend that users do not upgrade to Vista. Preliminary testing for using EDM2000 with Vista is stable but why not use Windows 7 now?.

Deferred Capital option

Many Hospitals have to plan ahead for capital expenditure but, due to work loads and staff shortages, require the tools to do the job today.  With our deferred capital option you can purchase EDM2000 now but pay for it within the first three years while under a Silver support level agreement.

All we ask of you is a letter of commitment and your yearly support fees paid each year.  We will do the rest - install, supply label printers (2) and provide training to get your department running and enjoying the benefits of EDM2000 now. 

Once you have your capital budget allocated then the EDM2000 system can be paid for in the normal way within the three year period.  No additional charges or interest will be applicable.

National IT system special*: For a limited time only you can obtain EDM2000 on the standard 'Deferred Capital Scheme'. If the National IT system is implemented within three years (20012) and it replaces the functions, within your department, of EDM2000 then we will happily remove the software and you will not have to pay any capital costs (just the software support costs). The only direct costs you may incur will be relating to any hardware you may wish to purchase (such as label printers) and consumables. This offer is available if you confirm an order before 30th April 2009.

Stop Press: 7th December 2009 - the Government have announced that the central NHS IT system will be seriously cut back by £600 million (http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk_politics/8400010.stm).  Local hospitals will be given the freedom to buy or develop their own systems.  Do not re-invent the wheel and take a serious look again at the EDM2000 system.  It may be exactly what you need!  Also note that we do develop other systems and would be happy to quote on any future projects.
