Microsoft Vista: We recommend that users do not upgrade to Vista until it is proven to be stable and secure.  However, preliminary testing for using EDM2000 with Vista is stable.

EDM2000™ - Now tested and working in a Citrix enviroment.

Labels

Two basic types of labels can be used with the Eltron printers:

Plain paper:    Used when there is no pasteurisation (or exposure to moisture) the feed labels.

Vinyl:                Used for maximum quality and high tolerance to pasteurisation, chill freezer and fridge.

We recommend the use of the Gloss White Vinyl S277, 25mm x 101mm as manufactured by Sessions of York. *

We can supply vinyl labels directly.  Any quantity - these are sourced from Sessions of York but due to the fact that we buy in very large quantities we can offer them at a discounted price.  The more you all buy the lower we can get the price so lets work together with this!

Per roll of 1000 labels (vinyl) - £9.84 + shipping costs            

NB: New prices will  applicable from the New Year (2009)

Note: Cost per label is equivalent to 0.00984p (compare that to laser labels that can cost a £1+ per sheet to print!)

Standard paper labels - not to be used if bottles are pasteurised or in contact with water.  These labels do not remove from the bottle as cleanly as the vinyl labels and should only be considered for disposable bottles.

Ribbons

Ribbons for the TLP2844  & TLP2742 (wax resin- 74m length)    ...    ...    ...    ...        £4.97 each

Note: The 2844 ribbon should last for about 1,000 labels and can be used in the 2742 printer also.  The ribbons for the 2742 are to be discontinued soon and we have stopped ordering stock.

Printers

We can supply the recommended printers for EDM2000.  These are industrial grade units and will give years of trouble free service.
