Microsoft Vista: We recommend that users do not upgrade to Vista until it is proven to be stable and secure.  However, preliminary testing for using EDM2000 with Vista is stable.

¶    Same day response (8 hours)

¶    Cover for eights hours per day, 7 days per week

¶    Cover for Dietician department and Formula room

¶ Training of all EDM2000 users and up to 2 new dieticians per year

 Cost per month: £386 (cost per day: £12.64)

Cost per annum: £4,632 * or €6,080

Additional on-site work or chargeable work at standard rate less 15% discount.  A minimum of half a day charge per visit.

 * Additional charges may apply if hospital is in a congestion charging area

NB: If your hospital runs EDM2000 across a multi-site configuration then Silver level support is the minimum level of support available.  If you use the ward order module or/and PAS import then this is also the minimum level.
