Microsoft Vista: We recommend that users do not upgrade to Vista until it is proven to be stable and secure.  However, preliminary testing for using EDM2000 with Vista is stable.

EDM2000™ - Now tested and working in a Citrix enviroment.

Please ensure you are running the latest version of EKM - down load link on EKM page.

T&M Support 

If no support option is taken then work is charged on a T&M (Time and Materials) basis.  Upgrades will be available at 25% of the current cost of the full retail version of EDM2000.

Standard hourly charge rate:            £120.00 per hour or part thereof

Minimum charge per call-out:            £500.00 *

* Additional charges may apply if hospital is in a congestion charging area

Due to our extensive experience in data base design and programming we are also available to assist with other data base projects.  Please ask for more details and a quotation.  This work is normally charged at our hourly rate but we will also provide quotes for day work.  This work can be done on-site or remotely via VPN/TS/Citrix if you have the facilities.
